225.999 Proceedings in absence of teacher or teacher leader
notice of hearing on the teacher or teacher leader who is the subject
of the hearing,
(a) proceed with the hearing in the absence of the teacher or
teacher leader, and
(b) act, decide and report on the matter being heard in the sa me
way as if the teacher or teacher leader were in attendance.
