247 Petition
for the doing of anything by petition or an elector wishes to present
a petition to a board, the petition must be in accordance with the
regulations.
(2) A recall petition must be submitted and administered in
accordance with Division 5.1 of Part 4 and the regulations under
that Division, if any.
