42 Definitions
(a) "conduct" includes an act or omission;
(b) "investigated person" m eans a professional member,
licensee, permit holder, certificate holder or
member-in-training with respect to whose conduct an
investigation is held under this Part;
(c) "practice of the profession " means practice of engineering
or practice of geoscience, as the case may be.
