Part 7 — Professional Licensees
83.01 Exclusive use of name
except a professional licensee (engineering) or a permit holder
entitled to engage in the practice of engineering, shall use the title
"professional licensee (engineering)".
(2) No individual, corporation, partnership or other entity, except a
professional licensee (geoscience) or a permit holder entitled to

engage in the practice of geoscience, shall use the title
"professional licensee (geoscience)".
