83.4 Non-application of provisions to professional licensees

(1) Sections 2(1) and 3(1)(b)(i) do not apply to a professional
licensee (engineering) engaged in the practice of engineering
within the scope of practice specified by the Board of Examiners.
(2) Sections 5(1) and 6(1)(b)(i) do not apply to a professional
licensee (geoscience) engaged in the practice of geoscience within
the scope of practice specified by the Board of Examiners.
(3) Repealed 2011 c3 s18.
