99 Onus of proof
person is a professional engineer, professional geoscientist,
professional licensee (engineering), professional licensee
(geoscience), registered professional technologist (engineering),
licensee, permit holder or certificate holder, or that a person is not
prohibited by section 97.1(1), (2), (3), (4), (5) or (6) from using a
RSA 2000
ENGINEERING AND GEOSCIENCE
title, abbreviation or word or doing an act or thing, is on the
accused.
