111 Networking
(a) act as agent for any person in respect of the provision of any
service that is provided by a financial institution or a body
corporate in which the company is permitted to have a
substantial investment,
(b) enter into an arrangement with any person in respect of the
provision of that service, or
(c) refer any person to any such financial institution or body
corporate.
