132 Division 2 Organization and Commencement after Incorporation First directors' meeting

(1) After a provincial company is incorporated, the directors of
the company must hold a meeting.
(2) At that meeting the directors may, subject to this Subpart,
(a) make bylaws,
(b) adopt forms of share certificates and corporate records,
(c) authorize the issue of shares of the company,
(d) appoint officers,
(e) appoint an auditor to hold office until the first meeting of
shareholders,
(f) make banking arrangements, and

(g) deal with any other matters necessary to organize the
company.
(3) An incorporator or a director of the provincial company may
call the meeting referred to in subsection (1) by giving not less than
5 days' notice to each director, stating the time and place of the
meeting.
