174 Certificate of discontinuance
provincial company has been amalgamated under the laws of
another jurisdiction, the Minister must file the notice and issue a
certificate of discontinuance, and the amalgamated company is no
longer a provincial company.
(2) The Minister must publish a notice of the certificate of
discontinuance in The Alberta Gazette.
