240 Proposal to amend
policyholder or shareholder of a provincial company may, in
accordance with sections 274 and 275, make a proposal to make,
amend or repeal the bylaws of the company referred to in section
238(1).
(2) If a proposal is made to make, amend or repeal bylaws of a
provincial company to effect any of the changes referred to in
section 238(1), notice of the meeting of policyholders or
shareholders at which the proposal is to be considered must set out
the proposal.
