30 Conditions respecting partnerships
surveying in its partnership name or any other name approved
under the regulations.
(2) A surveyor's partnership shall advise the Registrar in writing
of the names of the partners and of any change in the partnership or
the partnership agreement forthwith after the change occurs.
(3) A surveyor's partnership shall cause all plans and documents
prepared in the practice of surveying that require certification to be
(a) signed by the Alberta land surveyor who had personal
supervision, direction and control over their preparation, and
(b) imprinted with the stamp issued to the partnership.
