41 Notice
(a) directs that no furt her action be taken, or
(b) refers a complaint to t he Discipline Committee,
the chair shall serve on the investigated person and on the
complainant, if any, a copy of the complaint and a notice that no
further action will be taken or that the complaint has been referred
to the Discipline Committee.
