52 Finding by the Discipline Committee
investigated person constitutes neither unskilled practice of
surveying nor unprofessional conduct.
(2) The Discipline Committee may find that the conduct of an
investigated person constitutes unskilled practice of surveying or
RSA 2000
unprofessional conduct, or both, and shall deal with the
investigated person in accordance with this Part.
