56 Suspension pending appeal
Committee may order that its decision remain in effect until the
time that the Council or the Court of Appeal makes a decision on
the appeal.
(2) An investigated person may, by filing an application with the
Court and serving a copy on the Registrar, apply for an order
staying the decision of the Discipline Committee pending the
determination of the appeal.
(3) The Court may hear an application made under this section not
fewer than 10 days after the application is served on the Registrar.

(4) On hearing an application made under this section the Court
may, subject to any conditions that it considers proper, stay the
decision of the Discipline Committee pending the determination of
the appeal.
