3.2 No limitation period for recovery of possession
(a) there is no limitation pe riod in respect of a claim for
recovery of possession of real property, including for an
order under section 69 of the Law of Property Act, and
RSA 2000
(b) a defendant does not have a defence based on adverse
possession.
(2) Any action commenced and not concluded before the Property
Rights Statutes Amendment Act, 2022 comes into force continues
under this Act as it read immediately before the coming into force
of this section, including the 10-year limitation period for the
recovery of possession of real property.
