125 Discharge of writ
the land bound by the writ on production to the Registrar of
(a) a judge's order directing the discharge of the writ agains t all
or a portion of the land,
(b) evidence from the clerk of the court showing the expiratio n,
satisfaction or withdrawal of the writ, or
(c) a discharge executed by the enforcement creditor.
