205 Transfers to trustees and joint owners
been granted to 2 or more persons as joint owners, to be held by
them as trustees, the transferor may insert in the transfer or other
instrument, the words "no survivorship" and the Registrar shall in
that case include the words in the certificate of title.
(2) Any 2 or more persons registered as joint owners of land held
by them as trustees may by writing under their hand authorize the
Registrar to enter the words "no survivorship" on the certificate of
title.
(3) After the entry of the words "no survivorship" has been made
by the Registrar pursuant to this section it is not lawful for any less
number of joint owners than the number entered to transfer or
otherwise deal with the land without obtaining the sanction of the
court.
