209 Effect of death, etc., on proceedings under Act
suspended by any death, transmission or change of interest, but in
that event a judge may make any order for carrying on,
discontinuing or suspending the proceedings, on the application of
any person interested, that under the circumstances the judge thinks
just, and may for that purpose require the production of any
evidence and notices to be given that the judge thinks necessary.
