21 Court order re lost instrument
(a) is required to produce an instrument or caveat, and
(b) certifies that the Registr ar is unable to produce the
instrument or caveat by reason that it has been destroyed, is
lost or cannot be found and another record of the instrument
or caveat has not been made,
a person having an interest in the land affected by the instrument or
caveat may apply to the court for an order dealing with the
instrument or caveat in any manner that the court considers
appropriate.
(2) The application referred to in subsection (1) shall be served on
those persons and in any manner that the court directs.
