213 Regulations
(a) prescribing forms to be used under this Act;

(a.1) excluding instruments or caveats affecting a parcel of l and
to which a land identification number has been assigned
from the application of section 14.1;
(a.2) respecting the circumst ances in which instruments and
caveats may be examined and registered in an order other
than the order in which they are entered in the pending
registration queue;
(a.3) prescribing the time within which an instrument or a cav eat
that has been returned for correction under section
14.1(6)(a) must be returned to the Registrar in order to
retain its place in the pending registration queue;
(a.4) respecting extensions of the time referred to in clause (a.3)
and requests by applicants for such extensions;
(b) repealed 2020 c39 s7(18);
(c) prescribing conditions, cr iteria or qualifications that are to
be fulfilled in order for a search of information to be
furnished under section 17;
(d) respecting types of identification and the number of
identification documents that may be required as proof of
identity under section 43.1, including substitutes that may
be accepted by the Registrar at the Registrar's discretion for
the purposes of that section;
(d.1) - (d.3) repealed 2023 c5 s7;
(d.31) prescribing any matter in respect of which the Registrar may
establish policies for the purposes of sections 56.12(d) and
56.13(d);
(d.4) respecting powers, dutie s and functions of a certification
authority;
(d.401) prescribing fees payab le under section 164(1)(b);
(d.402) prescribing a percentage for the purposes of section
175(2)(a)(iii);
(d.41) prescribing reasons for which or circumstances in which the
General Revenue Fund is not liable for compensation for
loss, damage or deprivation for the purposes of section 181;
(d.5) defining for the purposes of this Act any term or expres sion
that is used but not defined in this Act;

(e) respecting the use of information furnished by the Registr ar
as a result of a search of the register under this Act.
