Part 1 — Periodic Tenancies
11 Form of notice
(a) be in writing,
(b) be signed by the person giving the notice or the person's
agent,
(c) in the case of a landlord terminating the tenancy, set out the
reasons for which the tenancy is being terminated,
(d) identify the mobile home site in respect of which the notice
is served, and
(e) state the date on which the tenancy is to terminate.
