17 Change in tenancy agreement
if the mobile home site is located in a mobile home park.
(2) If a person has been a tenant of a landlord for not more than 12
consecutive tenancy months, any increase in rent or other change in
the terms of a tenancy agreement that is imposed by the landlord
RSA 2000
for the purpose of causing the tenant to terminate the tenant's
tenancy agreement is void.
