29 Fees for certain activities
receive from a tenant a commission or fee, other than the landlord's
reasonable expenses actually incurred, when a tenant
(a) brings a mobile home into or removes a mobile home from a
mobile home park, or
(b) installs or removes a mobile home from a mobile home site
in a mobile home park.
(2) A landlord may charge and receive a commission or fee
referred to in subsection (1) if the commission or fee is provided
for in a separate written agreement that is entered into by the tenant
after the tenant enters into the tenancy agreement.
(3) This section does not apply when the tenant is exercising a
right under section 27(2).
