43 Application for remedy to court
under section 30, 33 or 39, the landlord or tenant shall serve on the
other party to the application a notice of the application and a
supporting affidavit at least 3 days, exclusive of holidays and
Saturdays, or any shorter period of time that the court may approve,
before the day named in the notice for the hearing.
