20.1 Costs
circumstances as the Tribunal determines to be appropriate.
(2) An order of the Tribunal under subsection (1) may be
registered in the Personal Property Registry and at a land titles
office and, on registration, has the same effect as if it were a
registered writ of enforcement issued after judgment has been
entered in an action by the Court.
