24 Permits
proposed new home unless the applicant for the permit provides
evidence, in a form acceptable to the Registrar, that the proposed
new home complies with the requirements of this Act.
(2) On request of the Registrar, a permit issuer shall forward to the
Registrar information provided by applicants for permits under
subsection (1).
