74.1 Lieutenant Governor in Council authority
notwithstanding any other provision in this Act, the Lieutenant
Governor in Council may by order reverse or vary any decision of
any decision maker under this Act, except a decision made by the
Board under section 5.
(2) For greater certainty, subsection (1) does not apply to a
decision made under this Act by the Court of Justice or the Court of
King's Bench.
