8 Alteration and disestablishment
provisions the Lieutenant Governor in Council considers necessary
(a) to provide for the transfer of the assets and property of the
local board of the health unit to a regional health authority
under the Provincial Health Agencies Act,
(b) to provide for the assumption of liabilities and obligations of
the local board of the health unit by a regional health
authority under the Provincial Health Agencies Act, and
(c) to facilitate the taking over of the affairs of the health unit
by a regional health authority under the Provincial Health
Agencies Act.
