25.2 Obligations Deputy ministers and other designated office holders
(a) a person appointed to the position of deputy minister unde r
section 4 of the Government Organization Act;
(b) a member of the public service or a person employed by the
Crown pursuant to a contract of employment holding a
position designated by the Lieutenant Governor in Council
for the purposes of this Part.
