25.51 Requests for investigation
Commissioner investigate any matter respecting the following:
(a) an alleged breach or contravention of this Part by a
designated office holder or former designated office holder;
(b) an alleged failure to comply with a code of conduct and
ethics referred to in section 25.6.
(2) A request under subsection (1) must
(a) be signed by the person making it and must identify that
person to the satisfaction of the Ethics Commissioner, and
(b) set out sufficient particulars of the matter to which the
request relates for an investigation to be commenced.
