7 Access to records
Commission designated by the Commissioner for the purpose are
entitled to access to the records and files of every department for
the purpose of examining them and taking extracts from them or
making copies of them when the records relate to human resource
matters of that department or contain statistical information that is
in the Commissioner's opinion required by the Commissioner for
the purpose of enabling the Commissioner to carry out the
Commissioner's duties under this Act and the regulations.
