55 Responsibility for cost of closure and removal
shall, on demand from the Director, pay to the President of
Treasury Board and Minister of Finance the cost of removing all
fortifications and closing the building, in the amount certified by
the Director pursuant to section 56.
(2) An amount payable pursuant to subsection (1) is a debt due and
owing to the Crown in right of Alberta.
