13 Closure to travel
declare that all or any roads, trails and bridges in any special area
be closed for the purpose of travel or use for the time that is
specified in the order.
(2) On the making of an order under subsection (1) and so long as
it remains in force, no action lies against anyone for damages
arising out of the use of any road, trail or bridge specified in the
order.
