17 Community grazing areas
area set aside for a community grazing area, the Minister, with the
approval of the Lieutenant Governor in Council,
(a) may make any prov ision for the administration of it that the
Minister considers proper, and
RSA 2000
(b) may prescribe
(i) the persons who may have animals on it,
(ii) the number, kind and description of animals that any
person may place on it,
(iii) the fees payable in respect of any animals permitted to
graze on it,
(iv) the times at which and t he manner in which round-ups
are to be made, and
(v) the rules relating to the impounding and dealing with
stray animals on it.
