24 Penalties
pursuant to section 7(e) and who fails to comply with the order is
guilty of an offence and liable to a fine of not more than $25 for
every day during which the offence continues.
(2) A person who contravenes any provision of this Act or the
orders or regulations hereunder for the contravention of which no
penalty is specifically provided is guilty of an offence and liable to
a fine of not more than $100 and in default of payment to a term of
imprisonment for not more than 2 months.
(3) All money accruing from fines or penalties under this Act
belongs to and forms part of the general revenue of the special
areas.
