Part 1 — General
10 Survey format and monument
(a) under the supervision, direction and control of a surveyor ,
(b) in accordance with standards and rules for the practice of
surveying prescribed by the Alberta Land Surveyors'
Association, and
RSA 2000
(c) in accordance with this Act,
and the plan of a survey shall be certified under oath by a surveyor
in the form prescribed by regulations under the Land Titles Act.
(2) All monuments shall meet the requirements of this Act.
(3) Repealed 2022 c16 s16.
