4 Duty of lawyer
application to the Court under this Act has a duty
(a) to discuss with the party a lternative methods of resolving
the matters that are the subject of the application, and
(b) to inform the party of collaborative processes, mediation
facilities and other justice services known to the lawyer that
might assist the parties in resolving those matters.
