31.4 Restrictions respecting proxies
(a) the expiry date set out on the proxy,
(b) 6 months from the date on which the proxy was given,
and
(c) the date on which the perso n who gave the proxy ceases to
be an owner or mortgagee of the unit in respect of which
the proxy was given.
