33 Amendment of Bylaws
proposed, not fewer than 14 days prior to the day on which the
Schedule 4 AR 168/2000
special resolution is to be voted on, the persons with a right to vote
shall be given written copies of the existing bylaw accompanied
with highlighted or underlined text showing the bylaw as it would
read if the proposed amendment, repeal or replacement had been
implemented.
