42 Operation of phases under the Act
condominium plan must be carried out in a manner that,
(a) on the registration of the first phase, enables that phase to
function and operate under the Act in the same manner as
if all the units and common property included in that
phase were the only units and common property that were
going to be included in that condominium plan, and

(b) on the registration of each subsequent phase, enables the
most recently registered subsequent phase and the
previously registered phases to function and operate under
the Act in the same manner as if all the units and common
property included in the registered phases were the only
units and common property that were going to be included
in that condominium plan.
