45.6 Transitional
and
(a) units were offered for sale before July 1, 2021, a building
assessment report shall be required in accordance with
this Regulation as it read immediately before July 1, 2021
and the requirements of this Regulation with regard to a
converted property study do not apply, and
(b) no units were offered for sale until July 1, 2021 or later, a
converted property study is required in accordance with
this Regulation.
