45.91 Delivery to corporation
shall prepare and deliver the technical analysis to the corporation.
(2) A technical analysis prepared and delivered to the corporation
must contain the signature and stamp of the professional engineer
or registered architect contracted under section 45.9 to prepare the
technical analysis.
