73.03 Corporation-owned units on termination
particular condominium plan is deemed to have been allocated zero
unit factors for the purposes of
Section 73.1 AR 168/2000
(a) determining the shares of the owners of units of a parcel
as tenants in common under section 62(3) of the Act, or
(b) the distribution of proceed s of a sale of the parcel under
section 62 of the Act.
