73.93 Estoppel certificate must include information on chargeback

(1) For the purpose of section 43.2(1)(e) of the Act, an
estoppel certificate must include information on any proposed
chargeback to be levied against the owner of a unit under section
39.01 of the Act.
(2) Subsection (1) applies in respect of a proposed chargeback for
which the notice referred to in section 73.91(1) has been served on
the owner.
