292 Annual and other returns
year on or before the last day of the month immediately following
its anniversary month, send to the Registrar a return in the form
required by the Registrar and the Registrar shall file it.
(2) A registered extra-provincial corporation shall, at the request of
the Registrar, send to the Registrar a return containing any further
or other information that the Registrar may reasonably require.
