293 Certificate of compliance
that an extra-provincial corporation has sent to the Registrar a
document required to be sent to the Registrar under this Act.
(2) A certificate purporting to be signed by the Registrar and
stating that a named extra-provincial corporation was or was not
registered on a specified day or during a specified period, is
RSA 2000
admissible in evidence as proof, in the absence of evidence to the
contrary, of the facts stated in it without proof of the Registrar's
appointment or signature.
