63 Effect of termination of condominium
section 60(b) or a declaration of the Court under section 61(1), and
the execution of any documentation required to give effect to any
transfer, sale or disposition, directed by the Court under section 61
or by the unanimous resolution under section 62(1), the corporation
shall file with the Registrar a notice of the termination in the
prescribed form.

(2) On receipt of the notice referred to in subsection (1), the
Registrar shall make a notification in respect of the notice on the
condominium plan in the manner prescribed by the regulations.
(3) On the filing of a notice of termination with the Registrar under
subsection (1), the corporation ceases to exist.
