64 Dissolution of Corporation Dissolution of corporation
the corporation, or an administrator appointed under section 58
may by order provide for the winding up of the affairs of a
corporation.
(2) By the same or subsequent order the Court may declare the
corporation dissolved on a date specified in the order.
