47 Registration of a caveat based on a removal order or closure order

(1) The Director may apply to a Registrar to register a caveat
based on a removal order or closure order against the affected title.
(2) An application pursuant to subsection (1) must be accompanied
by a copy of the removal order or closure order, as the case may be.
(3) After a caveat based on a removal order or closure order is
registered, the Director
(a) may, at any time, apply to a Registrar to discharge the
registration of the caveat, and
(b) shall apply to a Registrar to discharge the registration o f the
caveat if the removal order or closure order is no longer in
effect.
(4) The registration of a caveat may be discharged pursuant to
subsection (3) with respect to any or all parcels of land described
in the community safety order.

(5) Notwithstanding section 138 of the Land Titles Act, a caveat
registered pursuant to this section does not lapse and shall not be
cancelled or withdrawn except at the Director's request.
(6) Without limiting the generality of section 63, no action lies or
shall be commenced against the Director for any loss or damage
suffered by any person by reason of
(a) the registration of a cav eat pursuant to this section,
(b) the amendment of a caveat pursuant to this section, or
(c) the failure of the Director to
(i) register a caveat pur suant to this section, or
(ii) discharge a caveat pur suant to this section.
