48 Appeals Appeal of removal order
subject of a removal order may appeal the order to the Court.
(2) A notice of appeal must be served on the Director within 14
days after a removal order has been served.
(3) The Director is a party to any appeal and is entitled to be heard,
by counsel or otherwise, on the appeal.
(4) The Court shall hear and determine an appeal by way of a
hearing, and the Court may hear evidence and submissions
respecting the removal order subject to appeal.
